Permian Hall
Come visit our paleontology hall to learn about the famous Permian red beds and all of our recent discoveries!


Africa Hall
Did you know that animals from Africa use to roam Seymour, Texas?! Near Seymour there are ice-age fossils of Mammoths, horses, camels, famous BIG CATS and more!
The Lindgren Hall of Ichthyology
The 50-million-year-old green river fossil beds were discovered in the 1870’s preserving the exquisite fossils of amphibians, crocodiles, birds, fish, and lots more. The green fossil record is the best Paleogene freshwater lake ecosystem.
